Bermuda shorts return every year because they look so good and practical. These slim cut casual dressy shorts will look correct in many offices with their tailored tuxedo-style side panels. Done in a lightweight blend of virgin wool, cotton and spandex, they feature a moderately low rise with slant front pockets on the front and button-welt pockets on the back. They're fitted through the hips with belt loops and a fly front. The versatile beige color makes them easy to coordinate. Wear them to work or dinner with a black silk knit sweater ($228).

While gravity is not kind to some body parts, shapely legs can sustain themselves for the duration. All these dress shorts for women over 50 are great investments for showing off your strong points and enhancing your casual dressy summer wardrobe.

    Good list!

Ugh, too far from my price range, but wow, some fabulous choices! I "give-in" and wear khaki pants when I dress up in this weather. But otherwise I'm lucky enough where I can still wear short shorts (but not short, short, short like the ones out today!). Mine are old, but stylish and cool, and pretty much look like new. And knock on wood, I can still fit into some of my old cut-offs for just hanging out.

I miss my legs, where did they go off to?

This should be helpful as I simply can't wear the very short shorts that I used to enjoy.
