Just barely outside of Cleveland, Garfield Heights is located on the southeast side. With median home prices hovering at just around $100,000, Garfield Heights is an affordable area for everyone.

Hudson, Ohio
Driving into Hudson, Ohio, the first thing you will notice is the meticulously kept Main Street, bustling with shoppers visiting the little shops along the way. Across from the shops, is the famous Hudson Clock Tower. During summer months, free concerts are held here and the lawn fills up quickly.
Hudson is also known for it's beautiful, sprawling homes and estates, many of which are centuries old. Old trees lining the streets and yards is not uncommon, and helps give Hudson that quaint feeling.
If you are looking for something to do in Hudson besides shop and attend the local concerts, try visiting one of the 20 parks. Hudson has over 1000 acres of parkland dedicated to residents.
If you are into theater, Hudson also is home to the Hudson Players Theater Group and the Actor's Summit. With the large Porthouse Theater nearby, theater is a huge community event in Hudson.
For educational purposes, Hudson offers one of the best school districts in the state of Ohio. Hudson is also home to the Western Reserve Academy, a private high school institution which draws students in from all the world.
An interesting fact? Hudson has a sister city in Bavaria, Germany! Together the two communities have vowed to help education and help each understand the cultures and ways of the other.
