Best Eco Friendly Battery Brands

Elise Marie
Each year each of us toss away old batteries that are harmful to the environment and to us, however there is away to stop this from happening. The way to stop the earth getting polluted by old batteries is by simply buying eco friendly batteries. Eco friendly batteries are batteries that can be reused or in other words recharged in order to be reused again.

Now if you are unsure what eco friendly batteries are again they are batteries that can be recharged again and used over and over again to help provide energy to a battery operated device. In this article I am going to tell you about some awesome common eco friendly batteries being used, what they can be used in, and where you can find them at a fairly reasonable price so get ready to write this information down so you can become eco friendly with your batteries.

The first best eco friendly batteries to purchase and use and then reuse are the "Duracell Pre-Charged Rechargeable." These batteries come in many different sizes and voltages, and all you need to do is find the size and voltage that is right for that battery operated device you would like to use the rechargeable batteries in. You will also need to purchase the battery charger to use for when you need to recharge your batteries. Battery Charges usually cost around ten dollars or less depending on what brand of batteries you buy and the brand of charger you buy. Duracell Pre-Charged Rechargeable usually cost between fifteen and thirty dollars depending on what size rechargeable battery and voltage you need to run your battery operated device.

The second eco friendly batteries I would recommend to people to use would be the "Hybrio Ready-To-Use Rechargeable Batteries." They as well come in different sizes and voltages and can be recharged in a "NiMH charger." NiMH chargers usually cost anywhere between ten and twenty dollars depending on where you purchase them. Hybrio Ready-To-Use Rechargeable Batteries can usually cost between ten and twenty dollars or even more depending on what size rechargeable batteries and voltages you get.

Another brand of rechargeable batteries that I know of would be "Energizer Rechargeable Batteries." Again they as well come in different sizes and voltages and they usually cost around five and twenty five dollars again depending on what size and voltage of batteries you get. Now in order to recharge these batteries you need the Energizer Rechargeable Battery Charge with comes in many different sizes to hold whatever size rechargeable batteries you get from Energizer, so make sure you be the correct battery charger. The Energizer Battery Charges usually cost around thirty dollars.

These are the brands of rechargeable batteries that I know of that carry rechargeable batteries at a descent price and in many different sizes and voltages. The reason these batteries are eco friendly is because you don't have to through them away and you can simply recharge the rechargeable batteries over and over again in a battery charger. The places you can find all of the rechargeable batteries that I have just mentioned in this article would be Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, Lowes, online at www.atbatt.com, drugstore.com, and possibly your local hardware stores and grocery stores.

If you would like more information on eco friendly batteries that are rechargeable feel free to check out the links attached to this article. I would highly recommend rechargeable batteries to anyone trying to save money and anyone who wants to become more eco friendly. I hope this information helps all of you become a little bit more eco friendly with your batteries.
