I have been in the obese category for more than ten years, in fact I was just pounds away from being considered morbidly obese. In February of this year I was introduced to the Bodybugg and within my first week I lost three pounds. Clean Your House
My house has never been so clean! Once I realized how many calories regular house work burned I was cleaning like crazy. Grab a broom and sweep the floor, vacuum the basement stairs that you have been avoiding, whatever chore you have been avoiding just go do it. Then when your done call your friends and brag about the exercise and how you are on your way to weight loss!
