1 pound Round Steak
1 package Flour Tortillas
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
2 Sweet Onion
3 Tbs. Cornstarch
2 Tbs. Chili Powder
1 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Paprika
1 Tbs. Sugar
2 1/2 tsp. Chicken Bullion
1 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Cayenne
1/4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 jar Salsa
1 pkg. Mexican Cheese

Prepare the Round Steak
Cut the round steak into thin strips trimming off any fat. Put the round steak in a large, deep skillet. A wok works well.

Prepare the Seasoning
Combine all the remaining ingredients except for the olive oil, salsa, and cheese. Mix these seasonings and place in a resealable container. This fajita seasoning recipe mix can be used several times.
