Jon and Kate Plus 8 (Discovery Channel)
This is the popular fall reality TV series that stars Jon and Kate Gosselin and their twins and sextuplets. The show will continue to get interesting since Jon and Kate are separated and seeing other people. The children are twins Cara and Mady. Then you have Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel who are the sextuplets. The show focuses on the daily life of raising a family of 8 young children. The fall reality TV series is one of the best because of the way the children interact with each other.
Survivor (CBS)
Survivor, hosted by Jeff Probst, was created in 1992 and is in its 18th season. This reality TV series for fall 2009 will return with Survivor Samoa on Thursday, September 17 at 8 PM. This is the type of show that pulls you in the moment you start to watch it. That's one of the things about a reality TV series. With Survivor, you watch people start out with normal weight and then dwindle down to skinny weight. You watch them start out as friends and then do whatever it takes to win the million dollars. Survivor is a good study on human nature.
16 and Pregnant (MTV)
This is an MTV series that you should watch with your teenage daughter or son. It looks at teenage pregnancy from 5 to 7 months and the choices that need to be made. You'll find girls who are keeping their babies, but you also learn what happens if a girl decides to give her baby up for adoption. 16 and Pregnant is a must watch by every teenagers.
She's Got the Look (TV Land)
This fall reality TV series is the show for older women that is hosted by Kim Alexis. Every woman over the age of 35 will love this model competition for women over the age of 35. What's remarkable about the show is that many of the women do not look their age. An older version of America's Next Top Model, it discovers a supermodel over the age of 35 who wins 100,000, a contract with Wilhelmina Modeling Agency and a spread in Self. Since I am over the age of 35, I love this show's concept. TV Land
Hell's Kitchen (Fox)
Gordon Ramsey, the world class chef with the loud voice leads this cast. He is joined with various people in the food industry who are fighting for a large salary and the chance to be the head chef of a fancy restaurant. We watch the trained chefs cook food and we learn chef secrets. We also watch Gordon Ramsery screaming at the top of his lungs.
