Chicago has some of the best dining options in the nation, and family friendly places should not be kept out of the mix. Here are some of the best family friendly restaurants in Chicago.

RoSal's Italian Kitchen, 1154 West Taylor Street
Dining at RoSal's almost feels like the family has opened their home to you for a meal, the setting is very comfortable and welcoming. Don't worry about the kids making a little noise, everyone else will be talking and laughing over them so you won't notice. Good variety of pasta, fish and meat dishes to please every taste.
For group dining reservations are necessary, entree average twenty dollars, but are large enough to make sharing possible. RoSal's is only open for dinner on Monday to Thursday from 4-9 p.m. and Friday to Saturday 4-11 p.m. www.rosals.com

I am going to have to take my laptop with me whenever I visit Chicago. It's the only way I will remember these places.

Oh! John's Place sounds like a wonderful place to eat. If I am ever in the Chicago area again I would love to try it out.
