Best Free Dingbat (Symbol) Fonts for Digital Scrapbooking & Crafts: Hearts, Animals, & More!

I just can't get enough of free digital scrapbooking supplies! I've recently become somewhat obsessed with tracking down fun dingbat or symbol fonts full of cute icons and graphics that can be used with any sort of digital craft or project.

One of the great things about the graphics in these dingbat fonts, besides being free, is that they're fonts-meaning the images can be enlarged to any size you want without experiencing any loss of quality. The same can't be said for a lot of the free clipart lurking around. Here are some of my newfound favorites.

Free Dingbat Font of Shoe Graphics: "WC Fetish Bta"

Created by Christophe Féray, "WC Fetish Bta" is the cutest shoe font around. Full of crazy-high heeled shoes and boots, with a few more sensible pairs as well, this symbol font is running over with great options for fashionista digital scrapbooking. Free Dingbat Font of Heart Graphics: "KR Heartalicious"

Created by Kats Fun Fonts, "KR Heartalicious" has a variety of decorated hearts with assorted sizes and shapes. It's a great font when all you need is a cute heart to finish whatever digital project you're working on. You can download the font for free from 1001Fonts.com.

Free Dingbat Font of Japanese/Chinese Characters: "JayCons"

Created by Typologic, "JayCons" is described as "a taste of Japanese pictography." People commenting have also noted that the contained characters are common to the Chinese language as well.
