Even though some of these are B rated movies, take a walk back in time to see where this pop culture started on film. While the scare factor between the decades change, vampire bites remain constant.
Grab your friends. Grab your family. Even grab a pillow. Just don't grab a vampire in the process.
Mind you know even a list of movies wouldn't be complete without at least one vampire hunter in the mix. The only downside, I couldn't find Bela Lugosi as a vampire for this list from YouTube.
"Vampyer"
At over just an hour long, "Vampyer" was released in 1931 without a cast of known proportions like today's horror and vampire movies. Get your cult on with this black and white classic thriller.
"Nosferatu"
"Nosferatu" comes in just under an hour and a half in length. This silent vampire movie was released in 1922 and black and white. It is one of the first vampire movies to be released. It was remade in 1979 under the name "Nosferatu the Vampyre."
Braum Stoker's "Way Of The Vampire"
This Braum Stoker's vampire movie hit the circuit in February 2005. Van Helsing, the vampire slayer, takes on demons lead by Sebastian. Due to the rating of this movie, watchers must have an account in order to watch.
"Vampire Hunters"
This isn't your run of the mill vampire hunter movie. It seems the vampires didn't get the memo on "Don't Mess With A Marine." A swashbuckling marine takes on a single vampire to get his wife back.
"Dead Men Walk"
Don't let the title fool you, this is a B rated vampire movie that takes you through a different realm of vampire movies. It could remind you through the description of "Frankenstein."
"Count Dracula and His Vampire Bride"
Even Dracula needs a bride, but who will be the unsuspecting volunteer for such an epic undertaking? Christopher Lee takes on the role of Dracula in search of a bride.
"Dracula"
No list of vampire movies would be complete without Braum Stoker's "Dracula." While this is the second Braum Stoker Dracula movie to hit the list, this one is the original most will remember now and forever.
