The Westfield shopping center in Century City has been a fixture in the westside community for many years and now with its new face it welcomes the new holiday season. With a stunning new theatre and food court you will be amazed by the progress this senior mall has under gone. It is located between Santa Monica Blvd and Olympic Blvd just east of west la, with the nearest cross street of Avenue of the Stars. This mall is very close to Beverly Hills and other westside communities. This mall caters to high end shoppers with store like Bloomingdales and restrauants like Houston's and Haper's. There are plenty of medium priced stores, but the best savings will be at Bloomingdales. They start their sales right in time for Black Friday. First big deal is at the Wetzel Pretzel stands where they will be giving out free pretzels all holiday season. The second is the movie deals the AMC theatres will be giving dicounts to all students during the holidays with an average savings of 1.50 a ticket. Thirdly The victoria secret will be having a huge sale on all panties. Fourth Express men will be having a huge sale on all white Ts. Fifth is the new food court the Chili stand give out the best free sample and has over 15 different chillis to try. Sixth is the free valet parking in front of santa monica that will be very helpful during the holiday season. Seventh is the sale and the Disney store were all action figure will be reduced in price. Eighth is the jewerly sale in Bloomingdales. Nineth is the is the Godiva chocalate sale, they will be having free sample and discounts on gift boxes, and finally tenth is Gelson Holiday market for all the holiday meats will be discounted.

Black Friday the friday after Thanksgiving can be one of the most stressful shopping days because of crowds, traffic, and general holiday stress. This new shopping mall tries to ease the troubles that Black Friday may cause. Parking is all underground and the first 3 hours are free. Also new machines at the bottom of the escalators to the parking structure act as pay machines if you do exceed 3 hours, to help ease traffic in and out of the lot. This very efficent system helps with everyday shopping and I am excited to see how it handles the crowds of Century City on Black Friday. I am quite optomistic of its performance. The new theatre offers more screens, better seats, and the modernization of the theatre has spilled over to the rest of the mall. The food court offers every genre of cuisine you could imagine. I recommend Haper's express. It offers all the quality of the gourmet restrauant Harper's, which is right outside, in a modern efficent diner. If you want more then a quick bite Harper's or Houston's is the way to go. Both are great restaurants, but I've known the owners of Harper's since I was born so I have a slite bias. This might help your choice Harper's is Italian and Houston's is a steak house. If shopping is your only agenda then Victoria's Secret is the best bargain at the mall. They have the best deals out of all Victoria's Secret in town. Also Gelson offers the best quality holiday foods along with great market values. For the gaming guy there are plenty of electronic stores sprinkled throughout the mall, shop around for prices will vary from place to place. Also Bloomingdales sales on jewelry will be outstanding, if you go with your significant other be sure to be ready to spend some money there. Plus the Men's section carries all the new brands, that will be marked down for the holiday season. Great deals on Calvin Kline and Polo. This outdoor mall offers great mid mall shopping values. Look for carts in the walk ways for those will be the best deals in the mall. If you spend a little more money at those carts the vendors will cut you a better deal. Don't forget to visit a great mid mall snacking store Wetzel's Pretzel, these are the best pretzels in the world. Don't forget the melted cheese. The final best deal in this mall is in the hot Apple store, I am not really allowed to say whats going to happen on Black Friday at the Apple store, but I am going to be the first person in line.
