Tips for Shopping on Black Friday at the Rio Grande Premium Outlet Stores

Brand new outlet stores have just opened in Mercedes, TX providing yet another hot spot for Christmas and holiday shopping on Black Friday. These stores are easily seen and accessed from Expressway 83 in Mercedes. The Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlets has opened 93 new stores for your shopping convenience although more will open soon. The stores offer 25% to 65% savings everyday. The usual store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 until 9. Sunday hours are 11 until 7.

The stores according to these classifications are:

Clothing: Ann Klein, Liz Claiborne, Burberry, Eddie Bauer, Gap Outlet, Jockey, Izod, Puma, Lane Bryant, Jones NY, Guess and others.

Shoes: Adidas, Bass, Clarks, Crocs, Shoe Carnival and others.

Jewelry and Accessories: Coach, Zales, Sunglass Hut, Claire's Accessories and others.

Leather and Luggage: Coach, Kipling, Wilson and Samsonite.

Children: Disney Store Outlet, Gymboree, Carter's, Little me.

Housewares and Home Furnishings: Kirklands and Kitchen Connection

Gifts and Specialty Stores: Official Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop, Crabtree and Evelyn, Sony, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and others.

There is also a Food Court featuring Subway, Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen, Starbucks and others.

You may want to scout these stores prior to Black Friday. It's a great idea to go to the outlets' website at www.premiumoutlets.com and get a map of the stores and their locations which will help you in planning your shopping spree.
