Here are two grilled dessert recipes that are simple, delicious, and do not take a great deal of time to make for your Labor Day celebration:

Peaches and Cream

This dessert is an easy dish to create. Top it with the honey and nut flavored cream cheese and your mouth will be watering. The grilled Peaches and Cream dessert is sure to impress.

What You Will Need

Large Peaches
Honey
Soft Cream Cheese
Nuts (of your choice)
Vegetable Oil

How To Grill

Cut the large peaches in half and remove the pits. Brush the peach half with oil and place pit side down on the grill over medium to high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, your peach should have grill marks on it. Carefully flip the peach over. Combine 1 cup of cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of honey and some nuts to create a honey nut cream cheese spread. Fill the pit area of each peach with the cream cheese spread and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove your dessert from the heat, drizzle with a tiny bit more honey, and sprinkle with a few additional nuts. Serve immediately. This dish takes about 20 minutes to prepare and cook.

Smores

No one can resist a smore. With all that chocolate, gram cracker, and marshmallow you cannot go wrong. Spice things up and use different toppings or graham crackers.

What You Will Need

Chocolate Bars
Large Marshmallows
Graham Crackers

How To Grill

Break the chocolate bars and graham crackers into squares. Roast the marshmallows over your grill until soft and gooey all the way through. Place a graham cracker square on the grill and top with your marshmallow, chocolate square, and additional graham cracker topper. Het until chocolate just starts to melt and serve immediately. This dish takes about 5 minutes to make one smore and is great for children and adults of all ages.

Additional toppers that you can use to spice up your smores could include:
Peanut Butter
Peanut Butter Cups
Flavored Marshmallows
Cinnamon, Sugar, or Chocolate coated Graham Crackers
