Best Grocery Store Ever

Eating unifies us all and now Franklin now has a new grocery store, Sendik's. Sendik's is family owned and operated and has been for the past 80 plus years. So what makes Sendik's different from other stores? From customer service to employees who are knowledgeable and enjoy their work, Sendik's is vastly different from competitors.

Customer service has become a lost art in the world today. Step back in time with Sendik's and experience the customer service you've been missing. In every department, you will find expertise and wonderful customer service. This full service supermarket gives the customer the feel of the small town grocer of yesteryear. If you don't live in Franklin, this store is well worth the drive.

Never have I experienced such a wonderful place. Sendik's opened its latest location in the Fountains of Franklin on Halloween 2007. Walking through the store, I found that the employees to be so very helpful and courteous. The atmosphere of the store is amazing. The Sendik's store employees enjoy their work and are knowledgeable when it comes to their products. I went to the store during its first week, I expected the store to be busy and it was, but what I didn't expect is to find so many people who were helpful and happy. Not often do you experience shopping without hearing some complaint from someone.

The store interior and exterior are beautiful. With its carpeted floors and wonderful décor, this store is amazing.

The produce department located in the front of the store, has the most perfect fruits and vegetables I've ever seen. The front windows of the store are loaded with bushels of fruits and vegetables. The color and quality of the produce is excellent.

The floral department is located next to the produce department and was decorated beautifully for the holidays. There were Christmas trees decorated with ornaments for sale. The fresh flowers outshine any other flowers I've seen before. From traditional carnations and roses to exotic birds of paradise, the flowers are absolutely exquisite.

Throughout the store during the weekend, were demonstrations of an array of different items. Sample some wine from the liquor department, or try some cheese from the deli. Not sure, what wine goes best with your menu, ask one of the liquor associates for some help. Looking for a specific type of food, just ask it might be there. There is a wide variety of foods from organic to gluten free you will find many options. Don't miss out on the Sendik's brand of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and coffees. Sendik's imports their very own olive oil and vinegar from Italy assuring great value and quality.
