Peoria, Illinois rapper Jallen Ransum has a new single out along with a professional music video shot in St. Louis, Missouri. The underground veteran is preparing for a late July or early August release of "Thrill of Defeat", his second full length album. Ransum has been recording and producing quality music for many years in Central Illinois. The Thrill of Defeat has been in the making for three years and is has been highly anticipated by those who have an ear for edgy yet true hip hop.
