There is a small amount of assembly required, but nothing that can not be accomplished in only a few minutes. You do not need any tools either. Huffy recommends this great little scooter for children ages 3 to 5, which may be true. My niece was easily able to ride this scooter any time she wanted when she was five. My favorite feature of this great little scooter is that the wheels in front prevent a child's foot from hitting them as they start scooting along. My niece spent hours playing with the park people having them ride up, down, and even all the way around in the little people fun park. I remember playing with a similar toy when I was a child. The main point of this toy is for kids to expand their imagination, play, and experience the excitement of a real amusement park. There are roller coasters with loops, air plane rides, and more. This learning toy looks just like real lap top and is a great way to introduce small child to computers. Plus, your little girl can be just like mommy with this fun game. While this interactive toy is designed more for role play it does have lots of learning activities. The Learning Laptop introduces little girls and children to letters, English, spelling, math, geometry and music through age-appropriate games.
