If you are a busy individual and one bath daily is all you can muster, wash your private areas with soap and water three times a day. A mild soap works best because it will not irritate your private areas. Some examples of good mild soap are the baby bath soap or unscented soap.
3. Clean very thoroughly at each diaper change. When it comes to changing your diapers, do not do a rush job when cleaning yourself. You will need to clean very thoroughly. Thorough cleanings keeps the instances of infections down, as well as nasty and offensive odors.
