Candy Cane Candy Bowl Materials: 30-40 Candy Canes

Rubber bands

Empty Coffee Can

Instructions: Ever heard of a Candy Cane Candy Bowl? I'm sure you haven't! To create this you will need to first wrap 2 or 3 rubber bands around the outside of the empty coffee can. Once you've done that, place the candy canes around the sides of the can. To hold the candy canes in place, properly secure the rubber band around the top and bottom of the candy cane. Place candy canes around the whole can until you have no empty spaces. Once all of the candy canes are secured you're done! Place all assorted Christmas candy inside of the can and sit it out in the open for everyone to see.

Lil' Pine Christmas Trees Materials: Fully opened pine cones

Plastic bottle tops (soda)

Green spray paint

Glue

Glitter and Christmas Colored beads (optional)

Instructions: To make this simple and easy pine Christmas tree you must first find a good selection of opened pine cones. Grab the can of green spray paint and begin to paint the pine cones until they are all the way covered. Once the pine cones are painted green, add all of the glitter you want while the pine cone is still wet. You can choose to add the glitter once the pine cone is completely dry as well, however; adding glue while the paint is still wet will save you time. Once you've added the glitter, wait for the pine cone to dry. Once dry, glue the bottle top to the bottom of the pine cone, hold in place until the pine cone sits up on its own securely. Since the pine cones are all the way open, you have the option of pressing in Christmas colored beads or other assorted colors if you want.
