Best Kids' Commercials from the '90s

Oh, the 90's. What a great decade to grow up in. It was the decade for Britney Spears, *NSync, Backstreet Boys, furbies, and much more. With toys from ring pops to potty dolls there was no time to be bored. Here are just a few of the most entertaining commercials from the decade.

1. Nerf Arrow Storm: "And the weather for today will be-STORM!!!!"

90's television was full of 'macho boy' commercials like this. I will always remember how the boys at my elementary school compared notes on which new super soaker or nerf gun they had.

2. Ring pop: "So now you can get off the stick and get a ring!"

Growing up in the 90's, I remember ring pops being the candy be seen with. Sometimes people even walked around school with a ring pop on every finger. Now, they always make me nostalgic and remember the simple days.

Unfortunately, I don't have any fond memories attached to this toy. I don't exactly understand the appeal of a doll made especially to pee, but it sure makes for a funny commercial.

4. California Raisins Rap: "Books. Check 'em out"

I have no clue who thought of using rapping raisins to promote literacy, but it's quite the commercial nevertheless.

5. Waffle Crisp: Grannies in Disguise

For many, eating waffle crisps was the pinnacle of their childhood. Even though I was more of a Cinnamon Toast Crunch type of girl, I can still appreciate the Waffle Crisp commercials.

I owned one of these back in the day. It was one of those toys that never really worked, but I always wanted one. I don't know what it was about electronic diaries, but I couldn't get enough of them.

Oh, Kraft Singles, you will always have a special place in my heart. Growing up, grilled cheese made with Kraft Singles was my favorite lunchtime food (and it still tastes just as delicious today).
