Best Mouthwash

Jessica Mousseau
Clean white teeth deserve fresh breath to go along with them. Sometimes, however, you want fresh breath but without the "burn" that some mouthwashes can cause. Let's look at some of the products available for fresh breath, which include some that don't "burn".

Listerine Antiseptic Mouthwash

Listerine Antiseptic has the ADA seal of acceptance as well as 100 years of safe use and 50 years of research. This is the most "intense" mouthwash in the Listerine line, so don't use it if you don't want to "feel the burn".

Scope Original

The Original mint flavor was the first in the Scope line, and still works as well today as it ever did. My dentist uses this, and sometimes they warm it up just a little, which feels wonderful after having your teeth cleaned!

Lavoris

Lavoris contains a special ingredient, Zantrate. When you use Lavoris at night, after brushing your teeth right before bedtime, your breath will still smell fresh in the morning. Choose from cinnamon and peppermint flavors.

Act Restoring Mouthwash

Act's Restoring anti-cavity formula seeks out soft spots and restores their strength by replacing minerals. This strengthens enamel while it kills germs that cause bad breath.

Aim Whitening Mouthwash

Aim's whitening formula has whitening ingredients. It is both alcohol and sugar free, and contain Xylitol. Aim is proud to let consumers know that it is made in the USA.
