Best Movies for a Date Night

So you're having a date night and you want to rent some great DVD's, but you're not sure what to rent right? Here are some excellent choices, that range from belly-aching-laughter, to tear-jerkers, that will have you crying from either laughter, or heartfelt romance and drama, while reaching for the kleenex box.

Some of these movies are very romantic, whereas others are great for laughter. I'd recommend the romance/drama's if you want some snuggle and smooching time. If you're trying to prevent from laughing so hard that you make soda come flowing from your nose, or you spray soda pop across the living room, onto the television screen, and on your date, then please stay away from the comedies. However, if you really don't care about humiliation and risking being disgusting to your date, and possibly not getting a second date invite, then go for it, take that chance on laughing your hiney off, and spraying away!!!

1.) The Ugly Truth: Romance/Comedy/Drama-

Will make you laugh and think about that man or woman who's playing hard-to-get. Movie about the battle of the sexes and pro's and con's of what happens when people play mind games in the game of love, romance, catch and bait.

2.) The Notebook: Drama/Romance-

Tear Jerker and make-out movie. Tale of lost lovers that each take different paths in life, after one of the character's parent's interferes in the relationship and how to two tortured souls re-unite years later.

3.) Serendipity: Drama Romance-

Tear Jerker and make-out movie. How fate brings two lost lovers back together after a chance encounter.

4.) A Walk to Remember: Drama/Romance/Guilty/Cute-
Tear-jerker. This movie is about the religious faithful good girl that wins over the bad boy, because of her purity. Yay for the good girls!

5.) Slumdog Millionaire:Drama/Romance-
Tear-jerker and make-outmovie. Tale of never-ending love and poverty, and how a young man gains success from a chance encounters and wins his childhood sweetheart back.

6.) Observe & Report: Comedy/Thriller/Dark Comedy-
Risker. Laughter. may spray your date! This movie will have you falling to the floor crying from laughter and reaching for tissues.

7.) Seven Pounds: Drama/Romance-
Tear-jerker and make-out movie. A tale about a selfish man, that finds romance in the process.

8.) Atonement:Drama/Romance -
Tear-jerker... maybe make-out movie. A tale about war, lies, lost love, and more...

9.) Elizabeth Town: Drama/Comedy/Romance-
You laugh, just when you think you're about to cry. Great movie about life as professional, how no one is perfect, but how we must live with ourselves. The movie also shows us about morals, trials and tribulations of life. Moral of the stories is that you must go on, even when you fail.

10.) Osessed: Thriller Suspense-
Thriller. May make your date think twice about cheating on you with another woman/man... First hand drama on what can happen if you have an affair in or out of the office and the possible outcomes. Like a present day fatal attraction.
