I bought my oldest daughter's first drum set and she took her lessons here. She ended up highly sought after in school because she was so well-rounded from her lessons. She was accepted into the marching band, orchestra and the jazz band. The teachers are down to earth and really have a knack for keeping the young set happy and interested in their instrument and bring out their talents like a flower blossoming. Just as they keep the younger set happy, they keep the more advanced students challenged, never bored.

When you walk in the front door of this music store, the first thing you notice is just how much stock there is. The store front itself, on the street level is a fairly small space. For this amount of space you really couldn't imagine how many instruments and accessories are there. It is however, very well organized and staff knows exactly where to lead you, never pushing you into a sale, merely gently guiding you and answering any questions you may have. The prices for what's in stock, or even if something needs to be ordered are all very reasonable. Springfield Music offers rentals as well starting at $29.95 to $59.95.
