Best Natural Beauty Products for Your Health and Money

Rich Jones
One of the problems that I have had since I was young is that I am allergic to a lot of products and so I can only use all natural products because they are more gentle on the skin. If I do not use all natural products then I will breakout in a severe rash all over my body and contract Contact Dermatitis. This is a severe rash where you get bumps all over the body and then a rash all over the arms that burns and itches very much. As you can imagine this is a very painful experience for me so I have decided that I would just buy all natural products since I require them. They are also better for the skin and even though they are more expensive, I think they are worth the money. Many people would also like to buy all natural products but they do not know if they are getting something that is natural or if they are getting ripped off. I have found with experience that a lot of people get ripped off because they don't know what to look for.

I went to Wal-Mart the other day and the associate told me that Lever 2000 was an all natural soap and the first thing I did was look at the ingredients. You can only tell if something is natural if you look at the ingredients. If the first two or three ingredients in the list are derived from nature then the product is natural and if it contains things like dye, various acids or anything you can't pronounce then you should stay away. Look for lotions that are based in water, oatmeal and oils that are natural and avoid all the dyes and harsh drying ingredients.

For example, Tom's of Maine makes a natural line of products that includes soap, deodorant, toothpaste and loss. I use their soaps because they do not strip you of moisture and all of their products are available at Tomsofmaine.com. I have also used shampoos, soaps and lip balms that I loved by Burt's Bees, which are available at Burtsbees.com. You can also buy a custom natural soap made with coffee, dead sea salt or honey milk for example from the Best Bath Store company via their website at Bestbathstore.com which is my favorite because the soap is very gentle and hand crafted just for you. I love natural products and with these tips you will know when a product is natural and what to buy.
