The city of Hampton is approximately 30 miles southwest of Virginia Beach; on the east end of the Virginia Peninsula, and borders on the Hampton Roads Harbor and the Chesapeake Bay. This community is moderately new but has grown in popularity because of its safety and because it's family friendly.
