Post a CommentLet me clear up your confusion, Doc. The seven municipalities mentioned are an average of 44.7 miles from Dayton. The traditional definition of "suburb" is not limited to contiguous communities but also communities that are within commuting distance. In the early 20th century, it may have been more accurate to refer to these places as "exurbs," but today, a 45 mile commute from the Dayton area to the Cincinnati area can be accomplished in less than an hour. I trust that this helps you.
I'm confused. You wrote that seven of the cities are suburbs of Dayton. I can't find one on your list that is closer than 40 miles. That's hardly a suburb. Am I reading the same list?
Having lived in Indian Hill, OH. and now living right next to Terrace Park, I can attest to these ratings. Great places to live. Nice article!
We lived in Toledo for 2 years, and in Rocky River (near Bay Village) for two years.
You['ve got a great series going here. And congrats on being a 10 and a Hot 500 -- haven't looked at your page in a while, so maybe those achievements aren't brand new. But anyway! Happy New Year.
Good job, J.C. Happy New Year!

Nefver been there, and probabaly won't, it's too far north.
