The combo includes smoked turkey, cornbread dressing, seasoned green beans, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy, soft rolls, and delicious pecan pie. You can also choose to replace certain dishes with another dishes as long as the prices stay the same, or pay a bit extra for something additional. There also are various choices for desert if you would prefer to not have pecan pie, such as lemon cake, German chocolate, and pumpkin pie amongst others, and all desserts are made from scratch! Karl's at the Riverbend has a thanksgiving day buffet that starts at 11am and ends at 3pm. Adults can get in for 21.95 each or 27.95 if they choose to have champagne as well. Teenagers [age 12 to 14] get in for 16.95, kids (9-11) get in for 9.95, children (6-8) get in for 6.95, and children who are 5 and under get in for free! The buffet will have turkey, giblet gravy, roast leg of lamb, baked ham, roast beef, venison stew, popcorn shrimp, candied sweet potatoes, and mashed potatoes. There will also be a great variety of salads and dressings. For desserts there are pumpkin pie, pecan pie, apple strudel, Bavarian cream, chocolate mousse, white chocolate mousse, almond amaretto mousse, caramel custard, trifle, cheesecake, and strawberry sauce.
