The premise:
Four guys-Adam (John Cusack), Nick (Craig Robinson), Lou (Rob Corddry), and Jacob (Clark Duke)-go back in time to a ski lodge resort in 1986. How do they get there? Via a hot tub time machine. Three of those guys relive their rowdy youth; one of the guys wasn't even born yet. Throw in lots of pretty girls, a creepy old repairman (Chevy Chase), a helpful bellhop named Phil (Crispin Glover), and a mighty helping of '80s nostalgia, and you have "Hot Tub Time Machine."
Jacob: "A taxidermist is stuffing my mother."
Lou, Adam and Nick referring to the first love or 'the one that got away': "Great white buffalo."
Jacob: "You don't think it's a little weird, a bunch of guys just piling up in a big bathtub together?" Lou: "It's called male-bonding, OK. Haven't you even seen 'Wild Hogs'?"
Lou, during a heightened pleasurable experience: "Shia LeBeouf!"
Adam: "Were you just yelling at your nine-year-old wife?" Nick: "Yes."
Jacob: "This is scientifically possible." Lou: "Tell us how it's scientifically possible Professor Hawking." Jacob: "I will, 'cause I write Stargate fan-fiction, this is my bread and butter, man!" Lou: "Oh my God, I seriously almost passed out you're such a dork."
Random '80s guy on the ski slopes: "I want my two dollars!" (Reference to the 1985 John Cusack film "Better Off Dead")
Nick: "Excuse me miss, what color is Michael Jackson?" Girl: "Black." Nick runs away screaming.
Repairman to Jacob: "Get your hands off me young lady."
Adam: "You look like Kid n' Play." Nick: "That's actually two people."
Lou: "We could invent Zac Efron."
Lou to Nick: "Did you have pineapple today?"
Jacob asking Adam what is in the mysterious 'Cincinnati' shoebox: "Is it a fetus?"
'80s girl to Lou and Jacob: "I only do two at a time."
Kelly: "I feel pregnant." Lou: "You're welcome."
Lou: "Let's break into a school or steal a cop car or something!"
Lou: "Shot to the dick."
