When you say Uncle Jacks, you definitely mean the best steak restaurant in New York. Although it may cost a little bit more on the pocket, it is certainly worth your money. This will be an ideal place for a romantic but sumptuous dinner as the ambiance is that of a fine dining nature and the full menu of foods (especially the world famous Kobe Steaks) are simply the finest. This holiday season, they are open for Lunch (Monday-Friday 12-4pm) and Dinner (Monday-Wednesday 4-11pm; Thursday-Saturday 4pm-12am; Sunday 3-10pm).

Dallas BBQ has various locations and the one in Time Square area is no exception for the simple, straightforward, food with greatly affordable prizes that this BBQ chain is known for. Also, the "Texas-sized" soda for only $2.00 is equally a great deal. Although the place can get a bit noisy but overall, it exudes a really festive atmosphere which adds to the New Year's celebration spirit.
