Autumn Skies
Ko Olina is a resort living community in Kapolei, Oahu's up-and-coming second city. Not only does Ko Olina feature a championship premiere golf course, but it also hosts some fantastic dining. From casual to elegant dining, Ko Olina resort can satisfy anyone's palate.

For casual outdoor dining, Kolohe's, located at the Marriot Resort Beach Club welcomes all. They offer a breakfast buffet every morning and begin menu service at 11 am. Their menu features wings, quesadillas, entree salads, sandwiches and hearty entrees, asnfd. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing especially when you get a seat with an ocean view. The best part about Kolohe's is its drink menu. From the mai tai to local brew, its a great place to get your drink on.

Also at the Marriot Beach Club, you will find Chuck's Steakhouse. An open air restaurant featuring prime views of the sunset. Chuck's is only open for dinner and as its name implies features an extensive steak menu. As with most steakhouses, they also offer fair to meet anyone's palate including perfectly prepared seafood dishes, chicken teriyaki and lamb chops. Each entree comes with a trip to the salad bar. But don't load up your plate too much, dessert is a must at Chucks. Choices range from mud pie to mango berry cobler, and my favorite, macadamia nut ice cream.

If you're looking for a more serious dining experience, check out Roy's located at the Ko Olina Golf Club. Roy's features Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, the brain child of owner and James Beard Award winning chef Roy Yamaguchi, Euro/Asian inspired food served with Hawaiian hospitality. Roy's features the finest fish, hand cut meats, sushi and fresh shellfish. Roy's at Ko Olina offers signature dishes along with daily local specials. When at Roy's, you have to save room for dessert featuring its signature chocolate souffle. Roy's is elegant dining in a relaxed environment.

Heading over to the JW Marriot Ihilani Resort and Spa you will find casual American style cuisine at Naupaka Terrace. Naupaka Terrace is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and offers an array of dishes featuring local foods. On Sundays, Naupaka Terrace offers a champagne brunch to rival all the best and is a great place to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Also at the Ihilani Resort and Spa, you will find Azul, a contemporary mediterrenean seafood restaurant. Azul is a AAA Four Diamond and Wine Spectator Award winning restarant. Signature dishes include osso buco and mango crab cakes. If you're looking for an elegant fine meal, Azul is the place to go.

Ko Olina just outside Oahu's up and coming second city of Kapolei is a little resort with hidden cuisines for all diners and a must see for locals and vacationers a like.
