Quick and Easy Rice Milk Smoothie Recipes Adults and Kids Will and Enjoy

I lived in Mexico City for a few years and never really acquired a taste for what they try to pass off as milk down there. So, I'd stock up on rice milk and come up with as many ways as I could to make the best rice milk smoothies. Here are my 2 favorite rice milk smoothie recipes. They're quick and easy and great for adults and kids alike.

Chocolate Banana Rice Milk Smoothie

In a blender add:

2 cups rice milk

1 cup ice

1 large banana

3 tbsp. chocolate drink mix

1 tsp. cinnamon

Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds or until you reach the desired consistency.

This chocolaty smoothie has just the right amount of banana. The added dash of cinnamon gives it a unique flavor that everyone will enjoy.

Banana-Berry Rice Milk Smoothie

In a blender add:

2 cups rice milk

1 large banana

1 cup frozen, assorted berries.

Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds or until you reach the desired consistency.

Those that don't enjoy bananas can leave the banana out and enjoy a frozen berry smoothie.

Enjoy these smoothies for a quick, healthy breakfast or as a treat on a hot summer day.
