I would like to invite all substitute teachers and substitute para-professionals to my Facebook Page "Not Just a Substitute". This page will focus on these itinerant educators in the public school system. These educators can share experiences, teaching methods, grievances and solutions. I designed this page because these educators are not given the credit and care they deserve. I am a substitute teacher and will be licensed as a NYS teacher this year. Even though this page is primarily for substitute educators, I welcome licensed teachers for their comments.
