Easy Cheesy SPAM
Ingredients:
12-ounce can of SPAM
1 small onion
2 cups of sharp cheese
1 cap of oil
Directions:
Heat one skillet. I usually measure one cap full in the lid of the bottle of oil. Add oil. While the oil heats up open can of SPAM and cut into small cube size pieces. Once pan is ready, put meat into pan. Cook @ 10 minutes. While waiting, cut up 1/3 of a small onion, and add to pan. This adds flavor to the meat mixture. Add cheese to top and simmer until melted. Serve in bowl.
Optional: add vegetables as a side-dish.
Country SPAM and Potato
Ingredients:
12-ounce can of SPAM
5 medium potatoes
1 onion
1 dash of garlic salt
1 dash of pepper
Directions:
Heat skillet, add oil. Cut SPAM length-wise into strips. Add to pan. Cut up onions and potato, and add. Stir mixture, as needed, to keep from sticking - keep on low-heat. Add seasonings. Ready when potatoes are tender. Serve with bread for a great, and easy meal.
Super Spam Casserole

1 can of vegetable broth
1 dash of pepper
1 dash of salt
1 handful of croutons
Bread slices
Directions:
