When it is just too hot to stay outside at Wild River Country or Pinnacle Mountain, many people in Little Rock head indoors for a movie. Daycares and church groups take part in daytime movie field trips and the Rave Motion Pictures offers discounted tickets for special kid friendly fare. The Rave offers a summer job working in a cool, air conditioned environment, free movies and a flexible schedule. Workers under 16 may apply for concession or ticketing work, but to operate the projector or be a supervisor, you must be 18 or over. The Rave promotes from within, so your summer job could lead to a career in management after graduation.
