Best Things About Spring

Spring is the only season that gives us rebirth and renewal. Everything comes back to life and is fresh and new again. In many Asian cultures, New Years is celebrated on the first day of spring. You no longer have to bundle up with coats, hats, gloves, and scarves. You can sit in outdoor cafes and drink a cup of coffee or a nice meal. You can go out and jog, or plant some flowers or vegetables.

In the spring you can plant your own corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, potatoes, beans, strawberries, etc. Not only can you use organic pesticides on them instead of harmful chemical pesticides that you'll get from the produce in grocery stores, but you won't have to pay the grocery store prices. This will save you lots of money on your grocery bills, and you can use that extra money to do whatever you want.

Another great thing is that more people are out in the spring. When the weather is cold, people tend to stay in doors as much as they can. However, once it's springtime people can't wait outside. When there are more people outside, it's a lot easier to meet someone special or make a few new friends. It's definitely much easier to meet new people in the spring than it is in the winter or fall. It's also easier to make new relationships since people are more happy and social in the spring than they are in the winter or fall.

In the wintertime, you don't really get to smell anything since almost everything is dead. In the spring, you can smell flowers, trees, plants, and fruits from gardens. Spring gives us many great flowers like roses, tulips, and cherry blossoms. In the springtime, the birds come back and you can hear them chirping and singing. You are also no longer distracted by the fall and winter sports like soccer, baseball, and football, which means that you have more time to do other things.

Spring is normally the time when you clean your house and get rid of the junk and clutter. Another wonderful thing is that you can show off your body by wearing t-shirts and shorts. You no longer have to hide under sweaters, fleeces, and layers. Spring is also a time of warm bright clothing colors such as red, orange, pink, and yellow. Spring is a time for festivals, gardening, doing many fun things outside, and simply enjoying nature.
