In a a young girls life they have what you call a menstral cycle. Which is a way to help keep a womens body cleaned out and a safehaven for pregnancy. The woman has four major parts for the production of conception. These are ovaries, uterus, vagina and the cervix. These four parts all have a major part in becoming pregnant.

Each month when a women has a menstral cycle, it normally happens between the 28 or 29 days after their last one. If you have a normal menstral cycle that means you are going to ovulate on day 14 or 15 post the first day of your last period. A womens conception cycle has 4 weeks and stages.

Week one - period -have a normal period

Week two - ovulation- fertility and when egg comes out of ovary

Week three- conception- when sperm meets egg

Week four- Implantation or new period.- when egg implants in the wall of the uterus.

Ovulation is where the egg comes out of the ovary and waits to meet the sperm in the folopian tube

Conception is where the egg and sperm meet and the sperm fertilizes the egg

Impantation is where the egg floats down to the uterus and implants itself into the lining of the uterus.

The best days of having sex is between the 12th and 16th day post you first day of your last period. This is when ovulation occures and its best to have sex through these days to get pregnant. Best for the sperm to meet your egg.

The best positions are misionary style, women on bottom, men on top or doggy, style women on her knees and man behind them.

These are great positions so the sperm is in the deepest part of the vagina.

Another recommend position is side by side.
