Whether you're a stay at home mother or a busy executive I'm sure you've felt run down with stress and fatigue at one time or another. Stress is inevitable, and too much stress over a prolonged period of time can bring on health problems. It is important to take measures to reduce the stress in your life. You can cope with stress by exercising, thinking positive, or relaxing.

In addition to making time for yourself to deal with stress by taking a hot bath or reading a good book, you can also take vitamin supplements which are designed to help your body cope with stress and fatigue. Like always it is best to eat a healthy diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean meats or other protein sources as well.

Iron- Taking an iron supplement may be just want you need to help fight fatigue. If you constantly feel tired you may be deficient in iron. If you're worried about constipation be sure to take a non constipating formula such as Floridex. You can find it on line or at your local health food store.

There are also many other things you can do to cope with stress and fatigue. Take a good look at your life and decide if you're doing too much. Sometimes it can be helpful to make changes in your life if you have too much on your plate. Are you trying to run a household, hold down a job take care of the kids, go to college, and go to the game? Maybe you're doing too much and you should cut back on some things so that you can take time out for yourself. Be sure to set limits on what you can and can't do. Yes it's okay to be busy, but make sure that you don't schedule too many things in one day.
