Best Ways to Get a Butt Worthy of Your Jeans

The Butt Exercises You Do Now Will Determine How Good Your Backside Looks in Those Jeans

M. Kayo
Let's face it, when you find just the right pair of jeans to show off your backside, there's nothing better. Now that spring is just around the corner and you're pulling out all those spring clothes, those jeans that fit so well last summer are going to be waiting for you there. Are you worthy of those great looking jeans? Has your butt been hiding all winter among the layers and heavy folds of that winter wardrobe?

Well, take a closer look. Unless you have discovered the fountain of youth, you and your jeans are likely about a year older since you wore them. A quick rear inspection may reveal where all those winter hot chocolates and bear claws have been hiding out. So if you have put on a few pounds, it's time to take action and make that rear end of yours "jeans worthy" once more. Here are some of the best tips to get your backside into top form.

Butt Exercises: You Gotta Burn it to Earn it

There are no quick and easy ways to get a great looking butt worthy of those spring jeans. The road to a great looking rear carriage is made up of commitment, persistence, and plain hard work. The most effective butt-enhancing exercises are squats, lunges, step-ups, hip extensions, one-legged dead lifts, glute extensions, butt-tightening exercises on an exercise ball, fencing, running, kick-boxing, hiking, and walking. All of these butt exercises should be performed at least every other day and include 3 sets of 15 repetitions for each exercise. If you need any assistance, make an appointment with a personal trainer which can be found at any local gym or fitness club.

Best Ways to Lose Weight Back There

Hey, there has a lot of stuff going on back in that neighborhood over these last few winter months. First of all, fat cells that have been left over from our caveman ancestors, are still there. these fat cells were designed to help people survive through long periods with no food. The body is designed to send every available extra calorie to be stored in fat cells, especially around the hips, and mid-section. So no matter what you do, you're going to have to work hard to lose weight in these areas. This doesn't mean you can't lose the fat, it just means you must work harder.

Losing weight in the buttocks will require body-wide weight loss. So, just about any healthy weight loss diet will work to accomplish this. First, find out what your healthy weight should be, set some realistic goals, and just start making gradual changes. Look, most of us know why we're overweight. Start with the one, single biggest problem and work from there. For example, if you know you eat things that are high in sugar and fat, make a conscious effort at cutting back on those things.

Next, find a diet that works for you. Stay away from those fad diets or diets that promise you can lose 50 pounds in a week, you know what I'm talking about. Talk with your doctor or nutritionist and get some solid advice. Search the archives at Web MD and find a diet that works for you. Web MD has some excellent diets that are tailored for just about anyone. Once you have decided on a diet, make a commitment to stick with it. Find a weight loss and diet buddy to help you get and give encouragement when you're feeling stressed.

Before long, sticking to that diet and consistently doing all those butt exercises will pay off and your rear end will be truly worthy of those jeans.
