Of saturated fats...

from pizza, ice cream, cake and pie,

these keep blood cholesterol high.

Of meats and cheeses...

which increases risks of diseases,

these are also fiber-less.

Of olestra...

the fat which causes diarrhea,

it takes out fats that aren't extra.

Of fat-free foods...

these,too, are high in calorie,

like sugar, so bad for me.

Just one question:

What is good for ingestion,

that is healthy to perfection?!?
