Beware of Internet Response Forms - Timeshare Resale Scam Companies
Opt-In Online Forms at Your RISK!
After completing this 'FREE' online survey your are posed with a beautiful webpage ad that say's:
"I can sell your Timeshare Guaranteed!" or " Guaranteed Cash Now for your Timeshare"
Then what happens over the next 4 to 6 months will be a total and complete nightmare that you will break out in sweats and hives over your phone rings OFF the hook for hours and days and weeks with Telephone Sales Agents from Florida! Try the fact that if only filling out one online form and we got called by five different Co's within 3-months! They all said 100% the same thing but yet...at the same time not only bad mouthed the other guy, they totally made crude and unprofessional remarks about them! To which would make one NOT want to do business with them Anyways to see their own Unprofessional verbage being used!
One thing my grandpa used to always say is if to NEVER beat down your competitors....cause what comes around goes around and you never know when you might need someone's help.
I mean come on.
What good comes out of telling me just how bad the other guy is and totally trying discredit them instead you Should be telling me why I should be doing business with you instead...and by your actions I will not be!
According to the State of Florida.....NONE of these Co's a Licensed Properly to EVEN be calling me!!
ALL of the agents of these Co's used HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics!
ALL of the agents of these Co's bad-mouthed the other Co!
ALL of the agents said they could GUARANTEE CRAZY things for me!
NONE of the Co's websites have ANY LIC's at ALL to show their CREDIBILITY...so why bother??
After making one simple phone call to the Attorney Generals office in Florida where these Co's are located:
1. Found out that multiple of these Co's had been 'shut down' or 'fined for NON-COMPLIANCE!
2. Found out that multiple of these Co's had their Merchant Account frooze or shut-down at some time!
3. Found out that most of the agents within these Co's 'are not even legally' able to MAKE CALLS!
4. Found out that State of FL NEVER seen their contracts for their clients and therefor 'must not' be LEGAL!
5. Found out that Agents violated State Regulations by stating we can ONLY pay with Credit Card!
6. Found out that State representative stated the Co's 'cannot' charge a card before we 'sign' accordingly to
some regulatory items since they are NOT licensed properly according to the State Attorney's office at FL!
This does not show to be a good idea for anyone that anticipates to find a Company within Florida to help them.
Obviously, completing out that FREE Online-Form that you thought would help you out was NOT the BEST idea!
Review Results: Run as fast as you can from the sound of these Co's Names + Do not fill-out the FREE form.

Post a CommentI myself had been involved with a company such as this a while back. They sold resale services to owners for thousands of dollars and never did a thing to fulfill the agreement. I became so good at it (unfortunately) that I quickly got bumped into management and got to see how things worked behind the curtain. I was not impressed with what I found, but it was a paycheck and I did it. I did however learn all of the ins and outs of the timeshare resale business. About a year ago, I was really down and out, unemployed and not very happy with myself. I attributed the bad luck to all the wrong I had done to people as I believe in karma heavily.
