Beware when Online

The Unexpected Pop-Ups and the Problems Associated

Jenia Silver
Been online lately to freely surf or check your emails? I do this each day. I have my own laptop. It is great to have a portable device to take anywhere; a public library, the car, or just a compact able storage freeing for my home. I have had my HP for around a year. I bought a used system to save on expenses. I figured it was well needed to assist in my constant studies for college. Needless to say I never learned an extensive information on the inner workings of computer hardwares or softwares. Neither have I gone on line to surf purposely or to find dating or adult sites on a daily basis.

Strangely enough I have never had a good friend who had explained his or her knowledge or understandings of computers. Until recently, I hadn't spent time going on line with other people. Perhaps new romantic relationships are the perfect lace to go exploring each other habits and intelligence. As I fell into these underlying categories, having time to be with a guy I felt was special and my computer at hand; the natural thing happened. We went on line together. But, his deviant mind and our delicate interactions of one another didn't agree and make such good friends.

After a few months of realizing I did not know as much as he did about the well crafted web and it's components machines; I felt afraid. I was greatly in fear of not knowing what the adult community offers in this modern day. While, I know I system is up to date, I still had no clue of the tasks and ability it presented. Obviously, one can go one and download and upload and close and pull up windows as fast as a click. Chatting and the nudity of perfectly sculptured women beckoned at every crevasse of my laptop. I had been convinced it was just an entertainment my new guy was after, just a look at the mature content.

By checking history panes and going over the sites I had finally compiled how this beast of a man was so clever. That the minute I stepped away from my own property he had turned it against me. Going on making user identity to chat, date and find a casual encounter in our zip code. I felt humiliated instantly. Tears and rage set in later. I know I can say I would not be the one doing this on his computer if the situation was reversed, as in if I was at his home. So, I write this in as little detail possible just to speak out to the rest of the web with this message: Beware of what goes on in the web!

The adult content out there now is not equal for men and women either. The men go into a site with dozens of web-cam chat windows open showing naked women like as if they were begging and starving children standing in the rubble of a third country. The women log in and find the most straight forward regular pictures of normal, average looking men with signs like "Looking for a sweetheart". I am one outraged women in this world realizing it is not Internet alone, but who uses it and their intention. So, for that cruel man who broke my heart and me fear using my own laptop, from not knowing the versus or connected shared user accounts on it; I think something has occurred in your life to turn you wicked and demonstrably near insane! And, for the rest of you, here is a simple lesson of why not to be compromised when it is comes to love and technology.
