There is nowhere left to go;
When dreams have all run dry;
My wheels are clogged with mud;
Spinning in one place;
My heart has seen too much;
I look up to the sky;
And I fly beyond the clouds;
Wondering if there is more;
Than my tired eyes can see;
I feel the tender kiss;
Of a gentle breeze;
Brush against my cheek;
Although my feet are planted;
My imagination soars;
Above the misery;
Beyond the disappointments;
Escaping painful memories;
And the hopelessness I feel;
When all the fight has left me;
And I have nothing left to give;
High above the blue;
Brighter than the sun;
There is a place of hope;
There is a place of peace;
When there is nowhere else to go;
Where there is no looking back;
This is where I want to be.
When dreams have all run dry;
My wheels are clogged with mud;
Spinning in one place;
My heart has seen too much;
I look up to the sky;
And I fly beyond the clouds;
Wondering if there is more;
Than my tired eyes can see;
I feel the tender kiss;
Of a gentle breeze;
Brush against my cheek;
Although my feet are planted;
My imagination soars;
Above the misery;
Beyond the disappointments;
Escaping painful memories;
And the hopelessness I feel;
When all the fight has left me;
And I have nothing left to give;
High above the blue;
Brighter than the sun;
There is a place of hope;
There is a place of peace;
When there is nowhere else to go;
Where there is no looking back;
This is where I want to be.
