Let me drink in your beauty,
every line and nuance on your soul;
for as each day billows away,
with the summer breeze,
the crisp fall air, leaves
spiraling to earth,
shall replace your sun
dappled aura;
winter's chill, so cold,
so final.
Freezing, forever,
your essence; replaced
only by the memory of love,
living, purely breathing;
a mist on the earth's atmosphere.
