Bible Verses About Abundance

What does the Bible say about abundance and prosperity? The following Bible verses provide a biblical concept of the abundant life. Jesus came to give us life abundantly. In Christ we are new creations blessed and equipped to do good works for God's kingdom. In Christ our lives have meaning, purpose and joy. We have the privilege of being God's servants and ambassadors. Abundant life also means that God improves our quality of living so we can improve the quality of our giving. Everything that we have and receive belongs to God. As Christians we are called to be good stewards of our resources so we can share with those in need and bring glory to God.

1 John 5:11-13
And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.

John 10:10
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

Deuteronomy 2:7
