I've had the same bad experience two or three times at bike dr. If they don't know you or don't like your shirt, they won't help. What a joke of a local business.

Bike Doctor has always been an amazing bike shop. They charge more for their service because the do a better job. Have fun getting your bike tuned at one of the less stellar shops around town. Oh yeah, pretty sure Best of Missoula goes to them like every year. The people have spoken.

There are so many great local bike shops in Missoula, but the Bike Doctor is NOT one of them. The service is terrible...I was completely ignored the first time I went in and then got shoddy service when I brought my bike in later. It was more expensive than other shops and the service was worse. Find one of the other great local shops to do your business!

Thank you Mr. Farly for bringing this error to my attention. Actually the 1957 establishment date should be for Big Sky Bicycles and not the Bike Doctor. Sorry for the confusion. Also the Bike Doctor now has a new location at 1101 Toole.

The Bike Doctor has not been in business since 1957.
