The Big 12 Tournament bracket 2010 will begin with the play-in round of the Big 12 Tournament, pitting the bottom eight seeds against each other for the chance to play in the quarterfinals. The Big 12 Tournament bracket kicks off with Colorado vs. Texas Tech on Wednesday, March 10th with a start time of 11:30 a.m. CST on the Big 12 Network. Three other games will follow the first one with all game coverage on the Big 12 Network for local fans. These games feature the fifth through twelfth seeds in the tournament, with each having to play for a chance against one of the top four seed on Thursday.

Round two of the 2010 Big 12 Tournament gets started on Thursday, where Kansas, Kansas State, Baylor, and Texas A&M are waiting to take on the winners of the first round.
