Big Brother 12 on CBS: Recap of Episodes 4-8

Seventy-five Days of Backstabbing on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday Nights!

Diane Zoller-Ciatto
Annie was the first one to be evicted and turned out to be the saboteur. Rachel won the Head of Household competition and had a wonderful time in her room where she and Brandon had a great time. She also became good friends with Kathy and Ragan. There is an alliance between Matt, Lane, Hayden and Enzo that is a well kept secret. The nominations by Rachel were for Monet and Britney and when the Power of Veto competition was held; Britney won and took herself off the block. Matt who made up a mysterious disease that his wife is supposed to have, volunteered to be put up as a pawn. In the end, Monet went home and just walked right out when her name was called and did not even stop and talk to her best friend in the house, Kathy.

The HOH competition was held on surfboards sticking out of a wall. Naturally Big Brother added ice cold water being poured on the competitors and having the surfboards moving in and out making them smaller and then larger. The first five to drop out would be the "haves" along with Rachel who was the last HOH and did not compete. The haves are: Kathy, Lane, Kristin, Hayden and Britney. The last five to go out were the "have-nots" and they will eat slop and have the worst sleeping accommodations and also will eat what America voted for them to eat which was baby food and bok choi. Andrew was a happy camper with the baby food because it was kosher.

Matt is planning something big for his nominations and is totally ready to send both Brandon and Rachel home and even told them he would not put them up for eviction, he told Andrew that he may put him up too. But after all was said and done; his nominations were Kathy and Andrew. The Power of Veto (POV) will be held on Wednesday and we will then see who wins and if they save themselves or someone else or not.

To recap, the houseguests are as follows:

Andrew Gordon from Miami Beach, Florida a podiatrist and Orthodox Jew (he tells us that slop is not kosher), he is a single father who loves his daughter.

Annie Whittington a bisexual bartender from Tampa, Florida who plans to win (saboteur). EVICTED

Brendon Villegas a high school swim coach from Riverside, California. He plans to get several women in the house to like him and then turn them against each other.

Enzo Palumbo an insurance adjuster/real estate salesman from Bayonne, New Jersey is Italian and believes he is already a celebrity.

Hayden Moss a college student from Tempe, Arizona is proud to be a member of the Arizona State Baseball Team.

Kathy Hillis is a deputy sheriff and a sergeant from Texarkana, Arkansas is an ovarian cancer survivor who promised during chemo that if she survived, she would apply to Big Brother.

Lane Elenburg an oil rig salesman from Decatur, Texas hopes to be able to play every person in the house.

Matt Hoffman a web designer from Elgin, Illinois claims that he is smart, charismatic and housebroken.
