3 Florida Avocados -Ripe, Large and Chilled
2 cups Vegetable Stock - Chilled (canned, boxed or home-made)
1 cup White Wine -Chilled ( Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio or Chablis)
1 cup Cream (light or medium) - Chilled
2 tbsp Scallions - Chopped
2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Sea Salt to taste

Peel and Puree Florida Avocados
A blender or food processor works equally well.2
Add Vegetable Stock. Cream, Wine and Lime Juice To Avocado Puree
Blend in quickly3
Add Seasonings To Mixture
Quickly mix in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and sea salt and continue blending for a few seconds4
Chill and Serve. Garnish with Chopped Scallions
This dish only takes a few minutes to prepare. All ingredients must stay and remain cold. If you're not serving immediately be sure to refrigerate until you're ready to serve.Tip
