Alison calls the ranch team. The unknowns with five players lost more weight than did all six ranch teams. The challenge is given; should ranch lose more weight than the unknowns, they gain immunity. The winning team gains $10,000, and the unknown trainers' team is competing for that also. Jillian starts to talk with Jennifer, but Bob and Arthur have a heart to heart talk cutting to a commercial as the once-507 pound Arthur starts a thirty second run at 5.0.

Jennifer had been trying to save her dad neglecting her own weight, and decided to tell her dad that she needed to fight for herself instead while expressing confidence in her dad's efforts.
Biggest loser episode 1102 of season 11 continued after the next commercial with the ranch team finding a gift of 24 donuts from the unknowns in the gym. After stomping on them, Arthur was tempted to eat one before finally throwing them away. After some more scenes of the gym, it cut to commercials.
The fourth segment of Biggest Loser episode 1102 of season 11 featured Dr H. Courtney, 21, had an actual age of 40 with 200 pounds of hydrated fat. Next, Olivia the opera singer learned how her weight inhibited her ability to sing operas as the fat pressed up on her limiting her ability to take deep long breaths. Then Dr. H appealed to Dan and Don's police officer job and had Arthur's sister, Jesse's daughter visit with her own child to inspire the blue team.

The unknowns did it in 38 minutes, 23 seconds. The team that does it fastest wins a three pound advantage. As the team cannot agree on a method, the commercial cuts in.

They landed some of their players to the middle of the river as time expired, with some players still on the rafts or in the river, giving the beeping censor a good workout as they lost the challenge soundly.
The next section of Biggest Loser episode 1102 of season 11 started with Moses of the unknowns shadowboxing, with his daughter Kaylee entering the room and affirming him, leading to a short heart to heart. Then it was explaining the challenge loss to Bob Harper, who offered the last chance workout as a moving forwards option. Then there was a scene of the unknown team training with the unknown female trainer. Austin realizes he not only needs to lose weight but to also find himself. Jillian then gives a trainer tip, eat whole grains and recommends whole grain cheerios.
Next chapter of Biggest Loser Episode 1102 of season 11 starts with Bob's last chance workout. Arthur has a bad knee and walks around outside. Bob gets into the team's heads and pulls the David and Goliath analogy. But the unknowns are not Goliath because they are prepared and are working hard.
Biggest Loser episode 1102 of season 11 now goes to the ranch weigh in. Jillian is not feeling well and is absent. Bob calls Ali Sweeney out for using "destroy" regarding his team's failure on last week's scale. The unknowns dropped 79 pounds as a team so with the three pounds that's 82 pounds; 2.46% weight loss. 78 pounds are needed to beat that. Arthur is confident they have it. Irene drops ten pounds but Don with eight and Dan with 5 dampens the mood. Olivia and Hannah weigh in as the scene cuts.
Biggest loser episode 1102 of season 11 continues with Olivia and Hannah losing six pounds each. The are disappointed but Bob says six is good. Jennifer then loses eight and her dad Jay 10, causing the room to erupt in cheers. Courtney and Marci then combine for 16 pounds, with Courtney's 10 putting her below 300 for the first time since middle school. With 69 pounds, two players need to combine for over nine to win it. The commercial cuts in as Arthur and Jesse take the scale.
Biggest Loser Episode 1102 of season 11 resumes with Arthur and Jesse taking the scale. Bob interjects, with a "stop the beeping, show us the numbers!" Arthur drops 13 and Jesse eight, total of 90 pounds and 2.81%. Everybody is safe! The 11 pound victory, matching the unknown's victory margin the previous week, puts the whole gym into cheers. Irene has the highest percentage of all players.
