Bike Tire Slasher on Vanderbilt Avenue Still-at-Large

On Saturday night, October 16^th, a man described as older and black, about 5'7", 200 pounds, and wearing a hoodie, was followed into St. Joseph's Single Room Occupancy ( SRO ) building on Dean St., after slashing the tires on numerous bikes around the corner on Vanderbilt Ave.

After as-of-yet responsive police were called and a report was made to St. Joseph's inclusive, the bike tire slasher is still-at-large, more than a week later. Although no further bike tire slashing has been talked about in the nabe.
