Rumors of Bill Cosby Death Are Not True
This horrible rumor about Bill Cosby dying seems to spreading that his wife Camille found him passed out in a recliner while watching TV in his Shelburne Massachusetts home. 911 was called after she found that he wasn't breathing and he was rushed to Baystate Franklin Medical Center. He was pronounced dead at 12:28 AM EST February 6th 2010. The ugly story continues that Bill Cosby underwent cardiac arrest.
This story is not true...Bill Cosby is not dead. Bill Cosby did not die in his home last night. The world's funniest man is live and well and hopefully laughing at all these ridiculous rumors somewhere.
The funny man Bill Cosby was born William Henry "Bill" Cosby, Jr. on July 12, 1937. Bill Cosby has been much more than just a comedian. Bill Cosby has also been author of multiple books, an actor on television and the big screen, television producer and director, musician and activist.
Bill Cosby's first bid break came back in the 1960's when he landed a role in the hit action show I Spy. Through the early seventies he starred in his own show "The Bill Cosby Show". He also played a major character in "The Electric Company", a children's show. Bill Cosby also then created the children's education cartoon "Fat Albert and the Cosby Kids".
Then for Bill Cosby came "The Cosby Show". The Cosby Show helped to define sitcom television for the 1980s, it was hugely successful with audiences. "The Cosby Show" ran for eight seasons from 1984 to 1992 and was produced and sometimes directed by Bill Cosby. Bill Cosby helped to define the day-to-day life of an upper-middle-class professional African American family. Some of the episodes are absolute classics that portray how Bill Cosby guided his children through life and taught them lessons.
Bill Cosby went on to produce a hit sitcom "A Different World", another high ratings earner. By the 1990s he was starring in "Cosby", which was on from 1996 to 2000. Bill Cosby also hosted the kid's show "Kids Say the Darndest Things".
During all of this Bill Cosby also authored best selling books, had hit albums of his stand up comedy, performed his unique style of comedy live on the stage and entertained audiences around the world.
Bill Cosby is a treasure for our culture and he and his life should be treated with deep respect and not be a horrible target of these ridiculous Internet hoaxes about celebrity deaths.
