If you're looking for a good place to have a hot dog or a hamburger in Evanston, IL try Bill's Hot Dogs and Hamburgers fast food drive- in, in Evanston, IL Located on the corner of Asbury and Howard next to IHOP, almost on the boarder line of Evanston and Chicago, they sell the best hot dogs and hamburger in the Evanston area, they serve Hundreds per day and there's always a crowd, the line is sometimes out the door because everyone can't fit inside. It's a small place where you go in one door and when you get your food just keep straight out the next door. Its a walk through you can order your dogs with anything on it you like including grill onions and hot peppers, they also have other food like chicken,Italian beef, hot tamales, shakes,soda pop, ice cream, and even some fires,. They're mostly famous for selling hundreds of hot dogs and hamburgers per day people from all over town comes to this hot dog stand for lunch, and some even eat there for dinner, the busiest time is there lunch hour starting from around 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily seven days a week.

The prices are reasonable as well for hot dogs they're only $1.50 each and hamburgers are $2.00 each, you can buy five hamburgers for just $10.00 and some change for taxes,if you went to some other place in Evanston for hot dogs you would be paying close to four dollars for a hot dog and close to five dollars for a hamburger, it's the place to go for a low price hot dog and hamburger. You can have your hot dog with grilled or raw onions. relish,mustard,ketchup and everything else on it, if you like celery salt you can ask them to add it if you like. You can watch them cook and prepare your food, they wear plastic gloves when preparing your food and that is a good thing because a lot of food restaurants don't wear protective gloves when preparing your food.

The location attracts a lot of customers because they're right on the corner and facing a busy street, during those hours mention above it's always packed where they can't even close the door. This is really the best hot dog stand in the Evanston area and have been in business for many many years, and the people just keep coming back for more because, they just can't get enough of those great tasting hot dogs and hamburgers from Bill's drive-in.

This is a great place to eat in the summer when you have that taste for a hot dog something to hit the spot when you have that craving for a good hot dog, people from all walks of life go to this hot dog stand. There are no seats inside because, it's just to small to hold all the customers but, they have a counter along side the windows where you can stand and have your hot dog and watch all the cars pass by or, you can eat at the picnic tables they have outside in the back, or you may even want to have your food in your car or take it with you. They're even crowded in the winter and some people have to stand outside in the cold before they can get in the door that's how long the lines are but, even so, you still don't have to wait that long to get inside to get your hot dog the and line usually go pretty quickly. Bill's slowest day is on Sundays but, even on that day they still get quit a bit of customers.

Next time you're in the Evanston area stop in this popular hot dog stand to have one or more hot dog, and you will want to have more than one hot dog because they taste so good. They're really great tasting hot dogs and hamburgers and, because you won't find these low prices at any other hot dog restaurant in Evanston, IL So, if you don't want to pay a arm and a leg for a hot dog this is the place to go. Bill's hot dogs and hamburgers drive-in even beats out the Gold Coast hot dog restaurant which is across the street, the Bill's at Asbury and Howard Street always have the most customers.
